His 6 meals a day diet looks something like this:
Pre-workout: A bowl of muesli with fresh seasonal fruits and oats
Breakfast: No oil Idlis with chutney and sometimes sambhar to change taste

Evening Snack: Healthy upma
Dinner: Green veggies and chappati
