It is composed of the perfect combination of essential nutrients that you require in the initial phase of joining a gym. It will help to maintain the appropriate BMI or body mass index, which is your weight in kilos divided by the square of your height in metres. You are supposed to consume three spoons a day, once at the time of breakfast, a couple of hours before beginning your workout session and immediately after workout is completed.

Hii, I started taking Endura First from 8th of April 2013 along with my workout and today after one month i checked my weight and you guys don't believe me i gained 7.5 Kg with in one month by consuming Endura First. I was 54 Kg when i started taking the same and after one month i am 61.5 Kg. I followed a proper diet plan along with Endura First in Breakfast i eat soked soyabeans and raisins, 250 ml full fat cream milk with 3 spoon Endura First and 2 Bananas. In Lunch i eat 6 Chapati with 250 Gram Daal and 250 Gram white rice along with Salad and in snacks i eat dry fruits. I used to workout for every part each day with heavy weights in Evening at around 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM. After workout i drink 250 ML Milk with 3 spoon of Endura First with 2 Banana and 3 whole eggs. In dinner mostly i follow the lunch routine as usual. Conclusion: As i have seen over the internet that there is no review for this supplement but i choose to go with the same and i got solid results i gained muscle mass as i have mentioned above that i gained 7.5 Kg weight in the form of Muscle Mass. So overall the product really worth it to purchase. So go for it as it's a cheap and best supplement if you are going to gym. My suggestion is for those guys who do not workout kindly do not take this supplement bcoz you will not get the desired result until or unless u start your workout seriously. The product is average, but good for first timers.take a box of this first, then move on to Endura Force or Endura Whey Pro. Forece has a very bad taste but 65% protein, which is good. Whey Pro has 60%!
