Subscribers can avail the following benefits:

• An in-depth consultation with Elder Care Specialists (ECS) to understand your elderly loved one's needs
• At-home sessions every other day between the Elder Care Specialist and the elderly (sessions last for one hour)
• Fall proofing to make their environment barrier free
• Medication management to help the elderly remember which medications to take when 
• Invitation to one exciting social event for the elderly per month (e.g., elderly fashion show, art jamming party, etc.)

Terms and conditions:

1. SERVICES

• In carrying out the Services, Epoch undertakes to the Customer that it shall use its reasonable endeavors to undertake the Services in accordance with good scientific practice and within the time period agreed between the Parties and at all times exercising reasonable skill and care.

• At one point of time the Elder Care Specialist will provide Services to only one Elder Member of the household.

1. Epoch shall inform the Customer on a best effort basis in the event the Elder Care Specialist is unable to attend the at home session 24 hours prior to the session.
2. Epoch shall also try to provide a replacement Elder Care Specialist for the sessions when the designated Elder Care Specialist is unable to attend.
3. Epoch reserves the right to not operate during public holidays and busy holiday seasons such as Christmas, Diwali and Holi. This includes home-visits by Elder Care Specialist as well as social events. The Customer shall be informed at least 3 days in advance before any such holiday about the same.

2. SERVICES FEE

• The Service Fee payable is Rs. 15,000 per month, which is offered at a discounted rate of Rs. 10,000 when purchased from healthkart. If renewed before the month of April, the discounted rate shall apply for the next month or the full amount of Rs. 15,000 per month will be payable thereafter.
   
• In addition to the Service Fee, an amount of Rs. 1,000 per month would be payable as a Deposit amount, to cover any additional costs (such as transportation, stationery, workbooks etc.) incurred by Epoch based on the requirements of the Elder Member. This deposit is entirely refundable if not used and can be carried forward

3. DELIVERY OF SERVICES

• Delivery of the Services shall be at the time and date and in the manner specified by Epoch or as otherwise agreed with the Customer.

• If the Customer refuses or fails to take the delivery of Services within the Elderly Care Specialist’s normal working hours on the date of meeting, or if Epoch is unable to deliver the Services on time because the Customer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licenses or authorizations, Epoch may reschedule the delivery of Services in consultation with the Customer.

• Epoch reserves the right, at its sole option, to cancel or withhold the delivery of any Services whether in whole or in part of the Subscription under unforeseeable circumstances.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

• This Agreement shall commence upon introduction to the ECS and shall be effective for a period of a month thereafter. The Agreement can be renewed by the Parties in writing anytime before the expiry of the term. The Agreement may be terminated by either party without assigning any reason what so ever.

• Consequences of Termination:  In the event of termination or expiry of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, without prejudice to such other rights as may be available under this Agreement or under the law:

• Epoch shall immediately stop providing the Services to the Customer.

• The Service Fee paid in advance shall be forfeited in entirety and no reimbursement of the same shall be given under any circumstances.

• Any refund of Service (when purchased through healthkart) will only be catered to before the second visit with a charge of Rs. 1000/-
