Details

This strap is 20.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. It is recommended that you first coordinate your weaker hand that in most cases is the left one. Start by putting the strap on. Your hands should be facing upwards before you adjust it tight. Make sure that the strap is lying between your index finger and thumb. Hold the rod/bar that you are supposed to lift with your strap hanging downwards. Then, roll the hanging straps on the rod to get a perfect grip.
