• Discard 3 months after opening.

The OneTouch® Horizon® Test Strips are for use with the OneTouch® Horizon® Meter for measuring glucose in whole blood.

• The OneTouch Horizon Meter reads the glucose level of a whole blood sample on a OneTouch Horizon Test Strip. The OneTouch Horizon Meter provides plasma-calibrated results to allow easy comparison with laboratory methods.
