Even though it tastes good, as per the instruction mentioned on the pack, it will be too heavy to drink with two spoons of powder. Only one is sufficient but then its not giving results. In starting, it helped to survive without food till the lunch time but now I starve for food just after one hour of taking this product with milk. But avoid taking food for 5-6 hours after talking this product. What I have noticed is that after taking it I have infact gained some weight. Please review ur product and give some good guidelines for consumption. Also, please provide other flavors, like chocolate or mango. Thanks.
