When I purchased this product for my mom last year in March, Healthkart was a new company and I was new to online shopping too. Infact, I started checking my BP regularly too along with mom. The results are accurate and I haven't faced any problem since over a year now. Makes it easy to monitor your BP at the touch of a button (even for the aged).At the end of the day, remember it is an electronic device afterall that depends and works on certain parameters. Follow the instructions properly and you would never be disappointed as long as your body is 'normal' ;-)
