with gud exercise and diet u ll reach heights
I found it to be an excellent product. I recommend it to everyone. Weight gained after 10days of consumption twice a day - 2.5kgs. I find lifting heavy weights easy now so strength gain is good too. I am loving it. I ordered 2 bottles at a time and I find it to be worth buying.
this product is a standard one. everything written about it in this site is true. consume 10 grams per workout,and it will help you push your limits as much as you want. you will start gaining muscle weight from Day2 depending on your water intake. pure monohydrate in micronized form! i use cr. mono. since 2011,and all i can tell is that i am going to buy this again. go for it!

Its been 3-4 months since I started working out & I gained a lot of muscle during this period without any kind of supplements.But since the past few weeks I was looking for a supplement to get a better pump for my body did a lot of research & chose UN's Creatine Monohydrate. Its been over a week since I started using this product & I have to say it works like a charm. I noticed results from the day 2! The recovery time between sets were reduced ,I can lift more weight now & also my weight is increased by 2-3 Kgs ( though most of it would be water as creatine over hydrates the muscle ).And this particular product has NO solubility issues at all. Overall very happy with this product.And if you are short on cash & confused which supplement to go for : creatine or protein , then hands down you should go for this creatine. But consume only as per the instruction. Not more than 10 grams a day. And if you weigh less than 200 lbs then 5 grams a day would suffice.
