Try diluting two tablespoons in a glass of water before drinking...& it works especially for gout patients ... Have been taking it now for about couple of months.

I got the product on 14/05/2013 but I am unable to use it. one day I had taken it one tea spoon directly without water it was very much sour so how could i use it please reply .I had ordered this product for my fat reduction I want to know its really works or not.and its use how to take it by mixing it in salad or something or directly one spoon.
