Ab exercise

Hi, I joined the Gym 6 months ago and have been regular with my gymming and diet since then. My goal is muscle building and getting in shape. My question is, what ab exercises (and for how long) would you recommend for me that I can include with my weight training as i have some stubborn belly fat. I would like to do some ab exercise for 6 days of my gymming. Hence I request your advice.   Thanks, Vinayak

The best way to build abs is to do various exercises like crunches, leg raises, side bends and cable crunches. Do 3 sets of around 10-15 reps.
