About creatine

I want to know that is creatine is good for muscles & what re the side effects how we take care of side effects while using creatine

Hi Sumit, creatine, firstly provides you energy that increases your stamina for workout. Secondly it draws water from your body and stores it into your muscles so that your muscles look bulky. It should not be used continuously and is preferably advisable for people who requires to do intense weight training. Even if you take it, do not continue for more than a month at a stretch. Over use or a very long term usage may affect your liver or kidney function.

One precaution that you need to take is, you need to consume around 4-5 litres of water a day.
