About gaining lean mass and reducing fat.

hello sir / madam, i am 23 years old (male) weighing 77 kg standing 5'11'' tall, i am a bit healthy with some love handles but not too much. i want to add definition to my body, i'm preparing for govt. exams so i'll be doing running,sprinting,long jump,high jump etc on alternate days....also i am regular in gym since past few weeks...i have done gymming for a year in i am moderate gymmer... please suggest me suppliment(s) for this.

Hi Zeeshan

It's good that you wants to improve your muscular conditioning ( definition ) , apart from your gym workout your diet also plays a major role. I will suggest you to consume high protein diet and moderate amount of carbohydrates in your diet and from natural products , You can add Muscle BLaze Whey Active ,BCAA ,Glutamine as supplements.
