Hi You can consume 1- 2 scoop of the whey protein supplement as the protein needs of the body increases during workout.You need to consume 1 scoop of the whey protein post workout ( within 30 min after workout) and another 1 scoop of the whey protein you can take any other time of the day after 45 min of the meal.You need to consume creatine 5 gm in Glucose water as dextrose helps in absorption of creatine.

Bunny,

Use whey protein first thing in the morning and after your workout. Creatine is best used post workout with simple sugars i.e. glucose or dextrose.

Creatin should be take in the morning with empty stomach with carbs or glucose and whey protein after workout and mid morning if Jym in evening.
