Am a sporta person ...national level player and i want my muscle size increase and want power and strangth

Take high protein, high fiber and complex carbs in your diet, Avoid Saturated fat,Junk food. Do 15-20 minutes Cardio after weight training. Use Whey Isolate Protein, Blend Protein, BCAA, CLA, L-carnitine, Multivitamin. All these things will help in improving your power and strength while building muscle size at the same time.
