Am so lean i want to build muscle should i need to take mass gainer in addition to whey protein?

When it comes to building muscle, there are numerous theories. We request you to please share your height & weight so that we can suggest you better.
 
In general we suggest you to use Mass Gainer till you achieve your to ideal weight/desired weight, post you may start using whey protein. Should you require any further clarifications or assistance, please reply to us or contact us will be happy to help you with.

I’m giving an example of on serious mass and answer ques properly ... it has a serving of 330 grams suppose then two scoops of serving is there right ... take one scoop in around 300 to 450 ml water post workout cause after workout ur body needs quick absorption of quality protein and carbs as well depending on ur goal . So one scoop in water post workout and one scoop in daytime before ur dinner in milk 200 ml and around 100ml water mixed to it . Keep ur diet up and be lesser dependent on milk as people who are lactose intolerant will face lot of digestion issues with milk and gainer together ...
