Hello sir This is nadeeem qureshi and my question is 3months ago i started gym then my weight was 55kg during gym i take dymatise mass gainer 6lbs and after this i take ON gold standard protien 2 lbs, and musclesmed no bulls before gym and now my weight is just only 59kg and i am no satisfied with this result and according to weight lift i take good diet like 6eggs, 2 boil potatoes and many more. U help me togain weight and for good supplemnts Thank you..

Hi I'm 5'11 and 68 kg with 14% bodyfat.My goal is to go down to 10% in 2 months...Will it be possible if I follow a 2000 calorie diet with carb cycling and high protein consumption of 200g?

Don't follow carb cycling. Follow a 1.5g per pound of lean bodyweight for protein and keep your carbs moderate.

is it possible to gain muscle & loose belly fat at the same time. I have lost lot of weight & also gained muscles after continuous 1 year of weight training. Now I am not getting my 6 packs. So what should I do. I have tried oil-free & sugar free diet for 1 month. & that affects in weight loss. & whenever I try to add up my diet , my belly seems to be little bigger. Please suggest. Now I have maintained flat belly, but still not able to get six packs. though my other muscles are bulking up
