Sure as I already consulted physiotherapist, and got information that not too much weights is good. But want to know what weights exercises will not heart too much on back.

You can use my workout plan but do remember to lower the reps and do not do exercises that will cause injury

Hi Mr. Ranjeet, first of all I would like to congratulate you. I was 140 kgs 2 yrs back and now I'm 75 kgs; my height is 5'6"...now my weight have become static and too much of chubby loose skin accumulated around my belly. I aspire to be like you. I have a me so mesomorphic body type and consuming whey protein isolate since one and half yrs. Kindly suggest.

All multivitamines BCAA , glutamine critine and whey isolated but then also no good result.. pls suggest good diet plan..

It can't be the case. Make sure you have bought supplement from the genuine place and supplement intake should be according to your need/training level.

You shouldn't stack creatine. It will give you blotting on stomach. BCAA and vitamins make sense to stack. Go for it

Use mass gainer for 3-4 months and then after you have sufficient mass then use whey protein

Concentrate on your diet. Diet has 70% role in it and 30% workout.

Workout whenever it is feasible to you. 40 minutes workout, 15 minutes cardio and 5 minutes cool down.
