Helo, I am 23 now. My weight is 58 Kg, Height 5'8". I want a good lean muscular body. My trainer is suggesting to go for mass gainer and saying that I will not get results with whey protien. But I have studied lots in net that all suggest to go for protien powders. So please clear my doubt?

I am trying to lose weight. I go to gym early in morning empty stomach i feel a bit less energetic and i am not able to complete all the workouts told by my trainer. So should i consider taking a preworkout supplement or food?is preworkout supplements suitable for all? What ingredients should i look for in a preworkout supplement?

According to your bodyweight. 2g per kg of bodyweight is protein/carbs. 1g per kg for fat. 10 minutes alternate days cardio.

I have been training for almost 9 months. And I don't seem to getting closer to a good physique. I know genetics plays a big role but how much should I blame it on genetics. By the way, before I was - 5'11" and 64Kg, and now I am 75Kg. I am bulking but I don't know how long should I keep on bulking. I have started to gain belly fat and my abs are not visible now.

Do cardio daily for 15 minutes after your workout. High intensity cardio like running.

Hi Ranjit. I have been working out for 5 months now - 6 days a week. I eat a lot of protein & greens. Is it possible to gain muscle mass while on a caloric deficit diet? Or do I need to shift to a caloric excess diet to see major gains?

Hello Sir, This is Dipal. I go to the gym 6 days in the morning and perform workout for two hours. I need a intense workout plan for whole body and perfect supplementation. I use bcaa as pre and intra-workout and whey with creatine for post workout shake. I also need good diet chirt as my abs never show although i do some abs workout too. My weight is 79kgs and i was doing all for bulking. I want to be a complete bodybuilder with all muscles show. Please help me out. Thanks
