I wish to have a lean look (cuts/ ripped body). I always try to maintain the ideal BMI. please advice me on 1. exercise 'repetition' and "no. of sets" for ripped and lean muscle look. 2. I have been training from 6 months...i weigh 44kg when i started out but now i hit a roadblock i have taken muscleblaze XXL Mass Gainer but not showing the desired results.And now No growth has been made since then now i weigh arount 59 and weight and size of muscles both are constant.No Growth in size and weight.please suggest the effective measure to overcome this pleatue

I'm an ectomorph ,weighing 58 and 5'11 height,I had spend 2 months in gym ,gains were significant, i used whey protein and creatine. Which supplements would u recommend and diet plan and workout routine .I m vegan.

also, what are your thoughts on calories in versus out being the prime factor in weight loss? If it is the prime factor, which is more important in creating a deficit; cardio, diet, or does it not make any difference as long as there is a deficit

what are your thoughts on metabolic slowdown from being grossly overweight and strategies to deal with the very low caloric requirements of the body? eg. my body should maintain on 2000 but its maintaining on 1500, so to lose just 1lb per week i would need to eat only 1000 calories (excluding daily activity, cardio or lifting). the stomach doesnt deal well with this and it shuts down making you not want to eat anything at any time and you become averse to food. is the only option fat burners to improve metabolism, to eat more, and add cardio for deficit

You need to add cardio in order for that deficit to be maintained. If you lower your calories beyond a certain point you can get metabolic damage as your body will go into survival mode

My query is that i have been lifting since 2 years and still on my bulking phase. Now I've hit a plateau and not seeing any gains. Can you suggest me which supplements are needed while bulking? I need to gain atleat 5-8 kgs this winter .

Hello Ranjit Sir…… For the past 5 months i hav been clean bulking and increased my weight from 60kg to 75kg and now I am currently taking Whey protein(muscletech), Dymatize Super Amino 6000 (4 tabs a day) and preparing to start taking carbs in the form of maltodextrin (SSN Carbo Force maybe)…… will it be a good stack to build quality muscle mass as well as to gain size?? And after what weight i should starting my cutting or shredding phase?? And what should be my supplimnt regime as well as workout strategies… My height is 5'9"…… Thnks in adavnce Sir……
