Hello sir....!! How are you...?? My Weight is 68kg Height is 5'10 Biceps is 15 I want to gain muscle not weight..... Some says to me take mass gainer n some suggest protein M totally confused sir plzzz suggest me what I have to take....in supplements :)

Hi Wasim, I'm doing good. If you want to grow size you should take mass gainer but you meal has to be high protein.

You are 20 kg over weight. I would suggest you to take Muscleblaze Isolate. It has no carb, no fat.

If you are having citrus fruit after meal, it will give you blotting. You can have them 30-45 minutes prior to your workout.

Hello my name is Rahul and I'm 19 years old and 80kg weight and height 175 cm . I have reduced my weight from 93 to 80 and on constant diet to maintain the weight but now there is belly fat and lower back fat and thighs are also heavy including butt. Any solutions for the same ? Also, my bicep growth is very slow, I had taken WHEY PROTEIN only once till now . What would u suggest?

You should do 100 meter sprint training every alternate day after workout and concentrate on your high protein diet.

Hi Swapnil, Seems you have very fast metabolism. In such case you need to work on your daily calories intake. You should have meal after every couple of hours by doing this you will be able to put on few pounds. You can go for Muscleblaze mass gainer XXL. it is good for gaining.

Hello Ranjit , Hope you can answer this. I workout Legs atleast twice a week . I normally concentrate on each muscle group with 2 different variations , for ex:2 Variations for Quads , 2 for Hamstrings and 2 Variations for calves . Would that be sufficient to put some serious mass on ? or do i need to change my workout program. I workout consists of 4 sets with 10-12 reps.

Squats and accessory movements like lunges, stiff leg deadlift and leg extension, Deadlift and back movements like pullup, pulldown and bent over row and Bench and chest accessory movements like fly's and pullover and overhead press and accessory work like arnold press, lateral raises etc. Do this alternate days.

I have been working out and dieting from past 1 yr and have lost 22 KGS till now. My height is 5'7 and weight is 82 kgs. I was 104 KGS a yr back. From past 2 months my weight is stuck at 82-83 and its now moving below tat level also my body fat % is stuck at 25.1% and not moving below tat. I am maintaining a strict diet and workout 6 days a week. I have been using supplements like whey protein, fat burner, cla, carnitine, flax oil, multivitamin. My workout is 60 mins cardio and 60 mins weight training. Cardio training is 35 mins before workout 15 mins after workout 10 mins in evening. My diet is 4 scoops of protein with meals, 4 wheat roti, 2 cups raw veggies, 1 cup oats, 1 glass milk, 4 slices of multigrain bread and 2 spn of peanut butter. Pls help me out as I want to reduce at least 10% more fat and 15 KGS more. Also my waist is reduced from 46" to 36" and want to reduce 6" more.
