I am 37 year old. Weight 86 kg. Body mass is 27.1. I reached this weight from 101 kg in 8 month gym. Now I am stuck around this weight from few month. I use whey protein as postworkout and use boil egg for protein. I use bodybuilding app for my workout schedule. I want to loose fat. Kindly guide

You need to lower your carbohydrates. Keep your rest between sets to a less time. Around 30seconds.

I want to bulk,which supplement should I take.I m 5 ft 11 inch..with 57 kg weight.I want to get bulk.I have been working out since 3 months.bt my weight is still 57.I have taken some Indian ssupplements that didn't work.. So which supplements can help me to bulk and definitely I will buy a American brand this time.

Reduce your carbohydrates and increase your cardio. At least 3-4 times a week

i am doctor by profession and medium built, ht. 5''11 , wt 81kg. i workout 4,5 days a week. beside of strict diet i m not getting enough gains. i only get 5,6 hours of sleep. Can it be the reason of this????

Sleep is important. Get at least 7-8 hours and also work out 6 days if you can.

Whey protein can not help you lose weight. Diet hard and hit the gym. But keep your protein high with whey protein so you keep your muscle.
