My journey started 15 years ago when I first stepped on stage in a district level bodybuilding contest. Though I placed third; my hunger to always improve stemmed from this competition.

15 years and titles like Mr Western Australia, and Mr World runner up (physique) later; that hunger hasn't been satiated.

Currently I am doing two muscles per day every alternative day with cardio mostly HIIT between. Also if possible can you suggest diet plan which is easily available in India.. Cardio will help you reduce fat which in turn will help you get more vascular.

I personally take hyper lean for my preworkouts. Just train hard and diet well.

No way. You wont be able to gain if you are doing this much of cardio.
