yes aminos / BCAA are essential during workout, both weight training & cardio.

Have about 2460 calories everyday in a 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats.

Hello Sir, I am regular student of a college and living in a hostel so my lifestyle and routine goes under this, so during my hostel life and college life i want to know that how can i make more muscle and maintain my muscle pump as the hostel food was not soo good. So please give me some suggestion regarding supplements and foods and workout routines so that i and many college friends wants to be in shape in their college's lifes. So please adivce my opinion!

Ryan.. to answer your reply I am already eating slow carbs during day and fast releasing after workout with whey.. what else I need to do to gain muscles.? Is it okay to gain size without gaining weight?

try eating more frequent meals with at least 30gms of protein in them. also might want to try a slow release carb in the night to repair muscle break-down.

Which is the best time(Post PT / Pre PR) to eat the mentioned items .. .. Sweet potato PT ?Oats PT ? Brocolli PT ? Prunes PT ? Walnut PT ? Banana PR ? Brown rice btw 5 to 6 in evening..... correct me if my info is wrong for the listed food items

Can I build muscle while burning fat on a LOW CARB LOW FAT BUT HIGH PROTEIN DIET as carbs don't suit me.much even though I am an ectomorph.

It is a decent supplement. However you can go for higher quality of protein like isowhey.
