My journey started 15 years ago when I first stepped on stage in a district level bodybuilding contest. Though I placed third; my hunger to always improve stemmed from this competition.

15 years and titles like Mr Western Australia, and Mr World runner up (physique) later; that hunger hasn't been satiated.

thats a decent a protein supplement. however if you want a higher protein supplement you can try ESN Iso Whey.

Hi, I have been going to the gym for the last 3 yrs now. I have an athletic body but now i want to put on and hence i have started having rice , boiled potatoes. I don't take any supplements . I do take soybean, sprouts, peanut butter,almonds, paneer apart from daily diet like milk, chapatis, vegetables, dals . My height is 5,9 , weight- 75 ,, biceps size- 13 inches. I want to increase my biceps size . I request u to assist me with this as I m very passionate abt my workouts..

You're suggested to do exercises like hammer curl, preacher curl and heavy barbell curl.

you can depending on your body's ability to stimulants, however i would suggest a 3 hrs gap between the two.

You can go for non thermogenic fat burners like green tea or green coffee , garcinia cambogia, L carnitine etc.

Hi i am 26 , 5feet 8inches i want to get ripped like you and taking whey and diet rich in protein but didnt see much promising results .may be something more need to be dobe...can you tell me in detail about exercise and diet and what actually to take to sustain muscle and especially to get ripped and workout plan with proper diet my weight is 72 i need more definition with reasonable mass not too bulky nt too lean

HI Ryan..I am 6feet and weigh 80.7 kgs. I am trying to gain muscle for last 5 weeks.. lifting right and heavy..taking whey and eating chicken breast...I was 80 kg when i started ..after 5 weeks I am only 80.7kg.. I have gained 1 inch on chest and 1 inch on my thighs..rest all body parts are same...My calorie intake is 3000 per day... should I raise it.. ?

Hi Ryan..i am aged 29..weight 60kgs and working out for around 6 months now..i problem is related to muscle mass gain. i have gained enough power now but somehow i am lacking the muscle mass. i am stuck at a stage where i do not find any improvement in muscle mass.

Increase protein amount to 2gm/kg and take proportionate carbohydrate. Also keep doing experiment with your workout protocol.
