Taste and results play equal role, no one can take a bad tasting supplement. ESN got a bunch of supps listed on their site and some are being sold in India. Why should I buy only ESN product ? Can I get some sample/trial packs from ESN ? How ESN is promoting their products ?

Hi Ryan, I take half around 750 MG carnitine pre workout and the same amount post workout along with my other supplementation. Is it ok or should i take them together, and if yes, then when Pre or Post?

How can I trust this ESN brand ? I don't like ESN brand because I tried BCAA plus product from ESN, it is worst to taste. ESN brand is not listed on bodybuilding.com. Because when it comes to supps taste also plays major role.

Apart from the taste the results also matter immensely. However if you're taste conscious you can try the new litchi bcaa which I can personally vouch for.

Hi Ryan, I workout early in the morning. The first thing i take on empty stomach is Protein, along with glutamine and one banana. and after 30 mins. I take my pre-workout along with carnitine. and post workout i take protein along with one banana and creatine. Is this routine OK? or do i need to change it

this seems like a sound routine, you might want to include glutamine post workout for recovery

Hi Ryan...I was weighing 110 kgs in 2013 and I am now at 82 kgs with a fat of 22%...though I have a flat abs, my chest fat has not gone down proportionately, hence I look a little awkward sometimes...I do intense cardio and strength 4 to 5 times a week...is this issue resolvable by diet/workout...if any specific food/exercise will help?? Thanks

First of all congratulation you have lost 28 kgs already. Don't let your body hit plateau and keep doing the experiment with your training protocol.

Ryan... I am a pure vegetarian , not able to digest milk.......hence I take 4 scoops of whey on workout days and 2 on rest days(each scoop has 25 gm of protein) is it enough.....or should I increase. My body weight is 70kg.
