My journey started 15 years ago when I first stepped on stage in a district level bodybuilding contest. Though I placed third; my hunger to always improve stemmed from this competition.

15 years and titles like Mr Western Australia, and Mr World runner up (physique) later; that hunger hasn't been satiated.

Hi ryan first of all i am very thankful to you for being here to give answers for the queries....... I want to know that i am not getting sleep in the night after workout in the evening..... I have changed my workout routine...... I was lifting heavy and eating big earlier but now i am reducing the fat % bcs i want to compete in a competition in few months..... I am doing cardio everyday taking 2 pills of fat burner on diff times... ..lifting good..... Eating enuf but less thn earlier (very less in dinner) but unable to sleep in night.... I get to sleep in the next morning and for just 3-4 hours.. ..it will be a problem for recovery...... whats wrong.......i am taking fat burner 7-8 hours before retiring to bed and i started taking burner 2-3days ago but this is happening for last 5-7 days as i started working out with cardio(daily)

one my senior in gym told me to loose body fat first and then go for muscle building, Is it true or first I should increase my size and weight and then try fat burner and all.. my body fat is around 17-18% and I'm looking for ripped muscle..?

No, you can do weight training and cardio sententiously. It will help you reach your desire goal.

Hi Ryan, I work out in the evening 8pm to 9pm, should I still avoid carbs post evening?? Overall I am lean but have lower tummy fat and love handles

You can consume fast release carbs post workout with your whey protein and then avoid carbs.

Yeah, ashwagandha is good for T-booster but It is not necessary to intake if you are a young guy.

Spyder curls are the best for building a peak in your biceps. Chicken breast has the most amount of lean protein.

Creatine taken in the recommended dose-age is safe. you need have a calorie deficit in order to lose fat.

Hey Harsha, Kindly add multivitamins and minerals. Also make sure your daily protein intake wont be less than 1.5/kg of your body weight.

First of all add multivitamin and minerals in your daily routine also make sure your protein intake is proper calculated 1.5/kg.

try cutting down your sodium intake and you can add dandelion root as a natural diuretic if you are going for competition.
