Spot reducing fat is not possible. Just be in a caloric deficit and the fat will reduce.

Hey, I have been taking Whey and gets the result but after a point it looked the improvement takes too long....Should I go for BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine etc. in order to get bigger/stronger muscles in less time?

yes, BCAA , glutamine and creatine is very important add on of your whey so go for a good stack for your workout.

Yes i have been with the for one year & to be honest even during contest prep, ESN has been the only supplement i have used. And i back my brand 100% & recommend it highly.

I don't like ESN brand because I tried BCAA plus product from ESN, it is worst to taste. ESN brand is not listed on bodybuilding.com. How can I trust this brand ? Because when it comes to supps taste has major role.

I take 1 tablet of multi vitamins daily. But I have noted that some of the ingredients has higher value than recommended daily dose. Is there any harm of that.

NO there wont be any side effect. I would suggest you to drink 4-5 liter water on the daily basis.

It depends what works for you, I tried creatine monohydrate and creatine HCL. Mono works very well for me. You need to give a try.

i personally prefer creatine HCL, as it does not have any bloating effect.

Is there any harm of taking Omega 3 supplements. I have observed that it make me wide awake even during my sleeping hours. I take it in morning 1 tablet.

make sure you are taking genuine Omega 3, because hard sleep kind of problem caused by caffein things, so make you are not having any kind of pre-workout or fat burner in evening or before bed. even omega 3 helps to control you bad colestrol, good for joint pain , good for skin etc.

I am not taking any fat burner also Omega 3 brand is vitamin shoppe and sometime Health VIVA that too bought from Health kart side... still that I have experienced... should I stop taking it ...

Hi ryan first of all i am very thankful to you for being here to give answers for the queries....... I want to know that i am not getting sleep in the night after workout in the evening..... I have changed my workout routine...... I was lifting heavy and eating big earlier but now i am reducing the fat % bcs i want to compete in a competition in few months..... I am doing cardio everyday taking 2 pills of fat burner on diff times... ..lifting good..... Eating enuf but less thn earlier (very less in dinner) but unable to sleep in night.... I get to sleep in the next morning and for just 3-4 hours.. ..it will be a problem for recovery...... whats wrong

Do not take a fat burner anytime close to when you sleep. Use melatonin for sleep.

I am taking burner 6-7 hours before retiring to bed..... I have taken burners before but never happened this.....i read on internet about workout insomnia...... I am totally confused

Workout insomnia may occur only when you are overtraining.

Fat burners contain caffeine, which keeps you active up to 4-8 hours after taking. Change the time you take fat burners. If you are taking pre-workout, shift your workout time so that there is a 4-6 hours gap after your workout.

different bodies have different times which suit them. i personally train in early evening, as it gives me time to refuel my muscles.

Take blend protein and count your protein 2gm/kg. Do weight training and cardio to get perfect physic. I will be posting my personalize diet and training plan once session finished.

yes you can use a carb protein blend & you can use casein for sustained protein release. you can take glutamine, creatine with protein.

dont mix glutamin and creatine. Take glutamin in the morning or before bed. You can take creatine and whey post workout

It is possible for you to get to 10% naturally. You will need to lower your carbohydrates to get to 10%
