Keto diet doesn't work with everyone. Be careful with the type of fat you consume and do a lipid profile before undergoing a keto diet. The side effects are build up of bad cholesterol.

my height is 6feet, weight 81kg, I am using muscleblaze whey protein pro from almost 4months, my chest is now looking good but not biceps and triceps, I have personal trainer as well, and I am working a lot on biceps but still no result, what can be the reason..?

i think its time to change the protocol of your bicep & tricep workout. try GVT (german volume training) or other such protocols

Steroids are harmful for usage so I will not suggest you to take them.

hi Ryan ...is working out a body part twice a week a good thing?..is there such a thing as overtraining , my current plan is mon (back, biseps) , Tue(chest , tri , sholder) , wed (leg), thus(back biseps), sat (chest , tri , sholder)..would love ur advice... each workout is 3 exercise per bodypart...3 sets , 8-10 reps pyramid ...

yes, its a good thing but one thing you should keep in mind that take 72 hr rest before repeat the same part.

Hello Ryan, do we need to follow the rule of failure for reps to gain muscle mass .... also there is notin of particular type brand whey protein is suited to particular perso or its just the overall diet issue ?

bigger & stronger legs come from the daddy of all exercises, SQUAT !! you can add leg press & leg extension & hamstring exercise for over all development. initially train legs twice a week

Hi Ryan, I am 24 year and 180 cms. I was gymming before 3 years and was in perfect shape(76 kgs). But now, it is very difficult for me to reduce weight. Now I am 90.1 kgs. I want to reduce weight and thighs.. Give me some tips

Join the gym again and weight train regularly. Consistency is key. For quads focus on exercises like squats, lunges and leg press.

Hi Ryan. I was working out from last 2.5 years. But suddnly had to stop due to lower back issues. Suggest somethings to stay fit and healthy. I cannot go to the gym now.

I have used ONE Scoop of ON'S GOLD PROTEIN for an year, but it causes constipation problem. I am a regular gym worker, 5 days a week. I do light gym. What is your suggestion, whether i should continue the same protein or not? Or any other suggestion ?

Hi Sane, If iam taking about indian diet it cointains lots of carbs in it, in short a bodybuilder need 2 grm of protein per kg of body weight, so i would recommend supplement is not necessary but its beneficial for every bodybuilder.

Supplements are the things which help see good gains, we don't need them really. If you are taking proteins from supplements that's a bad thing because the main source of protein should come from your regular meals, but supplements like pre-workout, fat burners show positive effect if taken right quantities and at right time.

Supplements are not necessary, if you are getting enough from your food. Still you can opt for BCAA, coz your body cannot produce free form amino acids.

Lift heavy and eat in a caloric surplus focusing on getting 1g per pound of lean body weight. I will be posting my diet and workout plan towards the end of the session.

How could I increase strength during my workout? Is there anything specific diet to take before workout. Also, I tried creatine for few days, but that resulted into excess hair loss, so I discontinued it. Is there any correlation between weight training and hair loss? Also, I was taking glutamine, but discontinued because of the hair loss problem.

strength increase during your workout is a gradual process, however you can try various pre-workout products available in the market to intensify your workout. many of which do not have creatine. there is no direct co-relation between weight training & hair loss.

have more and more calories in your whole day please kind in mind that 40% of calories should be come from protein and stop intake junk food and trans fat as well. and try to intake 6 heavy meals in a day.

Your biceps have hit plateau and this is the only reason you are not seeing any improvement there. It's time to change workout. You can go for either GVT training or kris gethen DTP. So your protocol would be change and you will start feeling the difference over be-ceps. Also make sure you are adding Simple carbs with protein in post workout drink.
