Any solution to muscle pain due to workout

I have muscle pain due to workouts I do. Although I do not bother much about it. But the problem is it stops me to do an optimum workout at times, so what can be the solution to it. Is pre workout supplement should be taken- and if taken then in what form, extra diet with extra nutrients or powders.
