Are supplements required for me or not?

Hi I'm 22 year old male. My height is 6 feet and I weigh 69 Kgs. I have worked out for 2-3 months before and now I have resumed my workouts after 5 months (in my first week). My new gym trainer has suggested me mass gainer by SAN (I'm not very confident with that). My target is to get a physique like brad pitt in fight club or very lean(ranveer singh). Do I need any supplement now? I am an eggitarian and I am not very skinny but not very fat either. Is mass gainer better than whey for me?

If you are not skinny and want to lean body then you take protein blende or whye protein. MuscleTech nitrotec , Ronnie Colman pro antium, bsn sysnta 6 Your ideal body weight approx 80 kg.

Hi,

Given your bodyweight your goal isn't ideal because you nee to gain muscle mass in order for it to be cut and shown properly. You need to gain some muscle and keep off the fat. Just go for any whey protein supplement and start supplementing with creatine. I would suggest MuscleBlaze.
