As a pre workout can i add citrulline mallet(5g) + naicine(300mg) + creatine(5g) + l-carnitine(1g) with green tea(5g) 1hr. prior to workout?

No, absolutely not, please do not consume this. This will raise your blood pressure and may harm your blood vessels and brain.
