Hi Sir, i have recently played some competitions for mahapor vasai i placed 5th in that competition, would need to know how to reduce water from body to look more sharp any suggestion and i workout 6 days a week chest twice a week but not seen much growth... and i take muscle balaze whey and casine..

YOU NEED A MASS GAINER OF 1:4 OR 1:3 PROTEIN TO CARB RATIO. ITS NOT SUPPLEMENTATION, ITS TOTALLY YOUR TRAINING PATTERN. IT SEEMS YOU ARE ECTOMORPHIC, STRESS UPON COMPOUND LIFTING MOVEMENTS. SQUATS, DEADLIFTS AND BENCH PRESS. INSTEAD OF CARDIO TRY PUTTING POWERLIFTING DAYS IN YOUR WORKOUT REGIME. USE A SHORT REP RANGE (WITHIN 8) PREFERRED 4-6-8. STRICTLY DON'T DEVIATE FROM YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE UNTIL YOUR GOAL IS ACHIEVED.

Hello....Sangram Sir....my question is about diet....I have joined Gym since 2 months and I am working out 6 days in a week for 2 hours....I am staying away from home so I am not able to maintain a proper diet for it....that's the reason I am not able to see the results....the point is this that to what extent I will rely on Meal Replacement Supplements....after all a good diet is a must....so what should I prefer to complete my daily diet? Hi Sangram Sir. My question is how to burn the loose baby fat on the belly? I was a overweighted guy & I lost weight just by dieting! I am now into bodybuilding and have gained good muscle weight but my belly fat is not going. The skin stays loose even after regularly exercising the abs! How often and with what technique can we train our weak muscles? Like my arms are my weakest muscles. I train really hard to get them in proportion, but somehow it doesn't match my physique.
