I PRESUME I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, TRY LOADING CARBS ON ARMS DAY AND THE DAY NEXT. TRY SHORT INTENSE SESSIONS OF ARM. WITHIN 30-45 MINS. TRY CURLING AND EXTENDING HUGE LOADS FOR 6-8 REPS. DO HAMMER CURLS, TAKE MEDIAL HEAD AND LONG HEAD SERIOUSLY BY TRAINING THEM AT THE START. DONT SKIP FOREARMS LASTLY TRAIN BEFORE A REST DAY (SLEEP FOR 8 HRS) AND DON'T DARE TO DO ARMS WITHIN 48-72HRS.

Hi sir i am a great fan of yours sir i take preworkout when i go to the gym nd then i take 5g of glutamine intra workout and 5g of glutamine immediately after workout then after 20 minutes i take my why protein. Is it fine nd should i take bcaa or amino nd at what time thankyou

I'm 19 year Old , I am Doing Gym from 1.5 year and i have gain approx 25 kg weight. But I gained alot of fat as well. Specially On lower belly stomach.And Now I Want To Reduce My Fat. So Should I do carb cycling or a low carb low fat high protein diet i.e. so called cutting phase. What's ur opinion about carb cycling.

I have a C6-C7 slip disc. I am a 30 year old male and work as a Project manager with an American bank. I was foloowing Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation till last month when i found out i have a slip disc. The doctor says lift light weights. I would like to ask you, how do i assess what is light? also, is running and jogging bad for me with a disc herniation? Thanks champ!

hello sir, my weight is 57 kg and height 5 feet 7 inches. i want to increase weight but its almost impossible for to increase. I have been trying for last 1 year but i have increase just 3 kgs. I want to reach upto 66 kg (at least ). what should i do to get out of this hardgainer tag ? I look very skinny . i hit gym every morning for an hour(6 days a week/sometimes 5 days). And i eat so much ,i mean excessive. i take whey protein and creatine also, but now i am thinking of dropping whey protein and get a mass gainer instead . what would you suggest sir?

Dear Sir, Should one opt for dianaball to gain muscle mass. My gym trainer is asking me to take 50 tablets to gain muscle mass. I have taken mass gainers and i have gotten fat along with muscles now he wants me to take dianaball. Shpuld i go for it? if no suggest me a safe alternative.
