Sir my current weight is 68kg and having around 170g carbs and 120g protein, high fibre and gradually will decrease my carbs to 100g and limiting it to pre and post workout meal will increase my protein to 150g.. i do exercise at 4pm.. i currently have 4 pack and want to shred completely ... having egg white,muscle blaze casein,muscle blaze glutamine,muscleblaze torque preworkout and muscle blaze multivitamin ... weight training 6days and HIIT cardio 2days a week. Please tell what else is needed to achieve the target?

Hello sir.i am working out from last 2 years.i am following a heavy workout session.,but after certain limit my body has stopped showing changes.i do not take protein supplements.i couldnt get whats wrong with it.is it about workout or diet.plz help me.if possible with a complete maharashtrian diet.and workout programme.

Sir I also wanted to ask u another question can we take only suppliment whey isolate 4 times a day without eating rice , oil and junk food?? I am completely burning my stomach only eating 4bananas and juices without sugar.. Is I correct? I want to build my muscle same as sallu bhai iam 5 feet 7 inches and 75 kgs now I don't want to reduce my bulky body.. What should I do to achieve my goal?

Hello sir,I have been working since last 2 yrs,I started when I was 53 kgs but as I am a student so I was not able to do regularly,but from last 7 months I am working out regularly and now I am 65.6 kgs,but my I am stuck to this weight for last 1 month,what should I do to break plateu,I am vegetarian so I eat Bananas,sweet potato,peanut butter,eggs nd whey protein and yes i also tried changing my workout to light weights,I am an ectomorph,so please suggest me what should i do ?

Hello Sangram, you physique is just amazing and I am your huge fan. Please tell me how much time does it usually takes for an ectomorph to gain muscles and weight. I have hard time gaining weight. I have been bodybuilding since last 4 month but have hard time gaining weight . I consume 200 of carbs, 140 of protein and 65 gms of fat. Are these ratios fine ?

Hello Sir, I'm working out from last 1 year,,, I was a skinny guy and now i gained 15 kg of weight. But i have a continuous stomach problem.... I'm using Muscleblaze whey Protein and Multivitamin with 12 eggs white a day. And now my muscle mass is not increasing,, I'm 6 feet and 70 kg but my biceps are just 13 inch. Hello sir, Nice to see health kart bringing such big names to help individuals. Sir I have been hitting Gym since a year and a half having done Weight training as well as cardio regularly and have also tasted various Whey proteins like Dymatize, ultimate nutrition, Optimum nutrition etc.. After taking them for a week or so my shows changes but after that no results.. although i do follow my diet routine as well as goes 6 times a week at gym... I dont know whats the matter but it feels really bad since after doing such hard work there are no visible results.. Please guide me with a proper routine and diet schedule so that i can experience results.... I have described my daily routine briefly here itself... 1) running 20 mins after that gym for 1hr in the morning.. In diet i start with ON 100%whey in the morning before running and after gym also,, In breakfast i usually have variety of fruits and milk... 2). Lunch i take 2-3 chapatis with a daal.. 3) Dinner 2 chapatis with a bowl of daal.... This is my daily routine... If you find it inappropriate pleas suggest me some thing genuine.... Sir how can I build a good chest my arms and shoulder are much better as compared to my chest.my chest muscles are not growing that much and in order to lose fat should I go for hydroxycut elite.will that help me?

Hello Utkarsh The fat around your waist requires a strict diet to reduce. You need to eat 5 to 6 meals a day and avoid all junk foods, sweets, sugars and Simple Carbs.. Sir, I am a natural body builder & I do my legs exercise twice a week. It results more gained volume of my legs. But it not seems more cutting. How to get more cuts in legs? I do leg extension, weighted squat,leg press, lunges,haxsquat,leg curl,and heel rise on leg day.
