Sir, Great work till date n great body.... respect, I ve been working out for about 1 n half years now... i have reduced fat an dropped many shirt size...but some how my belly fat and chest fat is not reducing in the same speed. suggest workout plan or supplement please, i started with HIIT cardio workout but now mainly perform Weight training and on altenate days HIIT cardio for 20 mins. thank you.

Is it true that Fat should to increase for volume maximization in offseason? If yes,then how to take food and supplement for gaining volume or lean mass gaining? Shall I take more carbs than protein? should carbs always take with protein?

Hi, i have been working out from last 18 months. i am 5'7" and weigh around 75 kg. I do workout regularly and follow the diet meticulously but unfortunately i dont see any visible result in my body and also i dont see any cuts in my body. could you please advice me on this to achieve my desired body.. my aim is a Lean muscular body. Hello sangram sir myself chakit Rastogi , I am suffering from tennis elbow for past 9 months ,done all all kinds of treatments light laser therapy physiotherapy Ayurvedic medicines elbow braces cortisone injections and icing too but no use and also doing rehab exercises for couple of months I am 21 years old and 6'2" height with a decent physique and I am a andomorph,* with Gud diet like Dalia, brown rice, broccoli, peanut butter, protein shake 3 times a day and take 6- 7 meals , taking glucosamine too , please help me to get it cure faster as I want to do fitness modeling , will be very thankful for the reply

It is said that one should have to increase daily calorie intake to gain muscles size but, being an endomorph, I also put on fat very easily which becomes very hard to melt down and it happens every time with me. I want to shred those belly fat without loosing muscles. Plz help me out and also tell me the trainng frequency , rep range, sets per body part should i do and what not to eat to avoid fat. Can I do cardio while following a strength training plan?

I want to get lean muscles and reduce 10 kg of weight at the same time ,I run 5-6 kms everyday in the evening ,my daily diet includes skimmed milk,whey protein ,2 simple rotis,fruit and oats but still I don't see much change in my body .my body intends to store more fat fast then losing it .what should I do?

Hello Sir. First of all, congrats on your achievements. I am a big fan of yours and you are my inspiration! Coming to my question, my weight is 83kgs and height 5'10". And I've it's been in the range of 80-85 from last one year. When I started out I had quite a lot of body fat, but now it's very less. So, I've gained quite a lot of muscle mass and lost much body fat. But I'm trying to bulk now, from last 2 months but I can't get my body weight up no matter how much I eat. I wanna build more muscle mass even if that lead to some fat gain. Please guide me what should I do to bulk up the muscles. Also, I'm a vegetarian but I eat eggs (a lot of em :P) Regards

What's your take on 'Modern Physique' by Steve Cook? Iam using supplement whey usolate and doing work out regularly, what are dos and don't while taking supplements and what diet plan should I follow to get a lean muscular body with packs .. I stopped eating rice from past 4 days and stopped eating oil and junk food and also taking cod liver oil tables 2 per day.. Am I doing right or wrong? What more should I do to improve my physique ?

How would you correct muscle imbalance between chest and back. Would you stop training chest totally and train back harder or continue training chest with less volume?
