Hello sonali my name is Mohit and wrt now m doing training since 7 years and my w8 is abt 82 and hight is 5" 11 and earlier I went on bodypower 2016 Mumbai and I was meet u over there and after watch bodypower and met lots of proffesional bofybuilders like sangraam , sheera , wasil khan , nilesh , RSR , phil heath , dexter jackaon , john lucas & ufcource u I do have lots of egression and positive attitude to do much more better. Now I have goal to achieve some thing what I decide and will soon I will achieve. I wanted to be a Professional one.. Please guide and tell some positive things. Thanks Mohit Malhotra

Hi sonali I lost around 27 KGS in the first 5 and a half months of starting gym, after that I got stagnated at the same weight couldn't get down because of that I didn't feel like going gym regularly so can u help me with a diet and a workout plan.

Hi Sonali- Congratulations we are proud of U, Keep up the gud work! i am married for three years n hav a problem of PCOD need to conceive so have to lose weight have lost 6 kgs was 74 now 68kg need to achieve 56-57 kgs./ But I get tired easily so suggest me sumthing in supplements, my legs pain in group exercises. Please suggest sumthing to speed my weight loss.

I m a 5'8" guy...of 74 kgs... With a body fat of 20% almost.... And training for 1 year....bt almost no results...cz of my dirty diets...bt want to be serious bt confused what to do first?? I have lost around 10kgs with a 1200 calories diet along with high intensity cardio and strength training. I am not able loose more weight. I need to loose around 5 kgs more. Can you please suggest some diet modifications.

Hi, I am 41, mother of one teenager. I weighed 78 kgs five years back, joined gym and took diets, knocked off 16 kgs and now eigh 61 kgs. But recently noticed I m developing belly fat despite rigorous exercise, HIIT, strength training. I take protein, fiber and good fats, in that sequence, in my diet. Help!

Lower your body fat percentage. Eat protein rich diet with only good fats and carbs only. Start doing workouts for whole body too.
