Anoop Thakur's journey started from a pilot, to a T.V star, where he played the blind prince, Dhritrashtra. Spurned by his passion for bodybuilding, he went on to win Mr.World physique! His journey shows us that no dream is unattainable.

Hello sir. Happy birthday. You're my idol. I want to ask sir, is it true that for example if I have 15 inches of arms while bulking, if I decide to shred I'll lose 2-3 inches of it? Or would it be 15 inches only with that ripped effect? Please answer this as this question has a lot of theories

Congratulation sir for winning Mr. World title. I am doing workout daily. My age is 28 years, height- 5'8 & my current weight is 69 kg. please suggest me the supplements & diet. What do you think should i get bulky or lean muscle builder. my trainer suggest me to take nitrotech, but i m too much worried about creatine. In my office work i can't drink too much water & i read from many articles that if you are taking creatine you have to drink at least 8-10 ltr water. Please suggest me the best supplements & diet.

Hi I am Tristan and I am 5'9" and 63kgs, I just turned 19 a week ago. I have been working out since the past 8 months and I want to know is it the right time for me to begin with whey proteins? Hey Anoop, Happy Birthday Buddy... My Question is ... While on Shredding Period what shud be the diet as in carbs , protein, Fats etc and do u recommend 2 times a Day training. As in Morning Cardio and evening Training!! I do crossfit and strenghtraining too lift heavy buh still not in that good shape...i am caple of doing pistol squats, human flag, triple clap push ups.. 180 kg deadlift etc etc..

Hi sir, i have been working out for almost 5 years and now i weight 68kg with height 5'5 and 17 % body fat . I have now hit the platue and i want to gain more weight so that i can cut back after that. I eat only 8 eggs per day(4 whole eggs). and chicken once a week. Hi..Anoop ! I am 1 mnth into my transformation....i am an endomorph and my height and weight is 6ft1inch and 86kgs respectively! and i have a body fat % of around 19%. i just wanted to know how much time does it take to drop fat from 19% to 12% ? and when does the body really starts showing results!? i am on a strict diet as well..and do the abs show at 12 % body fat?? supplements i use are whey protein, bcaa, glutamine, multivitamin, flaxseed oil. thats it.... thanks :)

Hi Thakur. Thank you soo much for giving ur valuable time to ur fans :) i am very skinny guy, u can say ectomorph. Height 5'10'' Wt 63 Age 24. i use to eat every 3hours. Despite of doing intensive gymming also i am unable to gain weight. please suggest something that helps me for sure. Want to gain till 70kgs. thank you for the help.
