Spot reduction of fat isn't possible. Just eat in a caloric deficit.

Eat less carbs and workout at least 6 days a week. Consult a personal trainer as well.

Hello Sir,My age 17 Male my height is 6 weight 69.5.Sir I joined gym 6 months ago and gained 7 kg in just One month Ya by using gainer and then I drop gainer after 3 months and my weight is being constant after .But the cut on my body has finished and my dad didn't allow me to take gainer again .So can u suggest something for me because my body's ideal is Farhan Akhtar bhaag milkha bhaag I now it's difficult but Sir I am were sincere about body it.

Mass gainer isn't for cutting. That was for bulking. For cutting use a whey protein isolate.

Hello Sir. M 26 yrs, 67 kg weight. I have been working out from 1 year & lost 13 kgs of my weight but from last 6 months I m just putting on weight (7 kgs ) again inspite of regular workout ( Cardio & strength & circuit training) & proper diet, my Body Fat has also increased 30% to 34%, checked on BMI machine. Kindly help me what I can do?

Your diet needs to be changed. Eat less carbohydrates and more protein.

It is not necessary but it helps you get the edge because you can have a good amount of protein in less calories.

hello sir i want to loose post pregnancy weight now im 27 yr old ,height 5'7" and weight 81kg ,i am trying to exercise daily following you tube and perform pilates exercises and i feel some changes in my body shape but nothing in weight its still 81 buti want to be 60 kg.please suggest me exercise and supplement if im skipping i feel pain in my knees.

Just workout regularly and eat at least 5-6 meals. For women try to get half gram per pound of lean body weight.

Hello Sir, I'm 26 weighing around 58 kg and my height is 173.3 cm. I am hitting the gym for the last 1 and a half years. I used to be very thin before but after hitting the gym regularly and maintaining a high calorie diet & with the help of a mass gainer I have gained around 6-7 kg but it got stagnant. Though I know I'm still underweight, I have a lean physique with less muscle mass and more cuts. I have broad shoulders and my waist is narrow. I had few queries like: 1. As I know I don’t have the ideal BMI. What should I do to gain mass/weight? 2. What should be my ideal diet plan? 3. I have a narrow waist (30inch), Chest(36) and broad shoulders(18) but my lats aren’t well built so I look odd in the middle.What’s the solution? 4. What should be the ideal sets & reps? should I go for heavy weights or less?

For back work, do deadlifts, bent over rows with pulldowns. For your diet just increase your calories till they are above maintenance.

Abs are made in the kitchen so focus on your diet. Enough protein should be around half a gram per pound of lean body mass for women.

Sir, i have been gyming for last # months, my height is 5'11, age 23 years and weight is 64 kg. I want a normal muscular built (not like the professional bodybuilders) which can add a charm in my personality. Also , i would like to know which supplement should i consume (whey or mass gainer or any other) as i do not know the use of any. Keep working out regularly. Have whey protein in the morning, after your workout with simple sugars and also glutamine.

Do exercises like preacher and concentration curls for biceps. The v shape will come after intensive back work.

Take at least 1g per pound of lean bodyweight for protein and at least 20% of your caloric intake has to be healthy fats. Rest you can fill up with carbs.

You should take around 1g per pound of lean body mass. After that work out regularly and have at least 5-6 meals in a day.

Whey protein will only help you get to your protein goal. So if you leave it, then you may lose muscle mass, if you don't get enough protein.

Workout regularly. It takes a lot of time. I've been training for 14 years now. You need to also have 5-6 meals with proper amount of protein, carbs and fats.

age 29, height 165 cms, weight 64 kgs...belly 34 inches... currently goto gym 6 days a week (pm) and hiit (am) 3-4 days a week in fasted state... my gym routine consists of all major compund exercises followed by isolation exercises.. diet consists of oats, multigrain rotis, tofu, low fat cheese, flaxseeds, almonds, cod liver, etc. so majorly all the clean stuff.. i am gaining good amount of muscle but my current goal is shredding the belly fat.. i understand theres no spot reduction but once i drop some carbs i lose the pump slightly which disturbs.. how to go about it?.. Recently started with cycling carbs (carbs progressing in 3 days).. I have seen good results with this but feeling a slight a weakness now. slight leg ache, fatigue, etc., ..kindly advise ... Goal is revealing abs... Gained some size though..
