Hello sir , I am thankful to you for joining us here to help us :) My question is that i am 5'9 and i am 18 years and my weight is 70 Kilograms. I want more height so can i join swimming , will it make any difference and if yes than can i take whey isolate or anything else along with swimming ?

Sir i am not able to gain muscle mass but my abdominal area increases and i am eating around 2800 calories. Sir it is true that size increases in winters not in summers?

Size is not in relation to seasons. Just workout regularly.

How long should I continue doing it? My current weight is 81, after 18 days of keto - I started at 86. M25, Height5.10. I train 5-6 days a week. Please suggest.

This means your body is not undergoing ketosis. Ketosis means zero carbs. Do not cheat on your diet and then do ketosis for 1-1.5 months.

Anything between 1800-2000 calories spaced into 40-40-20 (protein, carbs, fat) also 5-6 meals.

Hi Samir, How often should one train the traps ? What would be the best exercises for it ? What should be the volume of trap training ? I often see most programs don't mention trap work or rear delt work.

Focus on traps twice a week. The best exercises is shrugs. For rear delt face pulls and bent lateral raises.

Join a good gym and get a personal trainer. Just remember to meet a dietician because they can give a tailor made plan for you.

Fat and muscle can't be built at the same time. To reduce your bodyfat percentage control your carbs, train hard and do tabata training. Mix and match of hiit. Train at least 6 days a week.
