Meet Samir Jaura. Celebrity Trainer extraordinaire. Having trained the likes of Hrithik Roshan for Bang Bang and Priyanka Chopra for Mary Kom, Samir specializes in Tabata, Blood type training and the Nautilus Principle. Not only that he is a certified sports nutritionist from the International Fitness Association (IFA) from USA.

Samir’s highest credential to his cap is however transforming a slender Farhan Akhtar to play the gargantuan role of Milkha Singh in the biopic film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. Weight gainer has sugar in it and is high calorie. Carb to protein ratio is also different.

Hi, I'm 24yrs, 5'5 feet, 60kg, I go to gym 3-4 days a week and do strength as well as cardio training. Recently I have reduced intake of processed foods. I wanna gain more muscle weight & reduce belly fat & also want visible muscle gain. Please give me some suggestions/advice. Thanks in advance

Have a structured training and diet routine. Also, you cannot do spot reduction of belly. And keep going

it is probably the brown/stubborn fat. Keep working out, don't stop. Check you diet.

Sir I joined gym 3 mth ago. Every one is impressed with my workout. But I M not satisfied with my workout and reason behind it my diet. My diet is not good. I M doing marketing job and there fore my body is not getting any rest. My diet after gym like this Banana shake with protein supplement Five egg and again with banana shake. Three egg at evening that's it. Plz suggest some good diet and supplement which increase my weight

That's probably because you're gaining muscle. You should cut your carbohydrates.

Abhishek just make sure you are working out regularly and make sure you are in a caloric surplus which any weight gainer will do.

Just eat above your maintenance calories and keep a diet that is rich in protein. For this, any mass gainer will do.

Hi, I'm an endomorph and therefore limit starchy carbs to early morning meal after my workout. If I consume starch throughout my daily 4/5 meals then will that hamper fat loss as I'm on a six pack challenge?

any tips on peak week leading up to a comp regarding water intake, sodium intake, potassium intake and carb intake? And then tips for night before and morning of show?

Sodium should be taken out, water intake measured 100ml/hour and potassium needs to be monitored (4g). Have cashew nuts or poha before the comp.

With tyroid your metabolic rate is slow. Make sure that you're taking the medicine on a regular basis. That's the only way you'll be able to regulate your medicine as advised by the doctor.
