Meet Samir Jaura. Celebrity Trainer extraordinaire. Having trained the likes of Hrithik Roshan for Bang Bang and Priyanka Chopra for Mary Kom, Samir specializes in Tabata, Blood type training and the Nautilus Principle. Not only that he is a certified sports nutritionist from the International Fitness Association (IFA) from USA.

Samir’s highest credential to his cap is however transforming a slender Farhan Akhtar to play the gargantuan role of Milkha Singh in the biopic film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. HI Samir sir. I hv joined gym 6months ago age 20 weight 58kg..As im a skinny person I cant able to gain mass.my current diet plan is 6eggs,4 potatoes n anabolic mass gainer suppliment.but still cant gain mass... Please prefer me a proper diet plan and best suppliment for weight gain.

Use 5g of creatine, 10g glutamine powder spaced twice. Keep your reps to 6-8 in your workouts.

Hi Samir.. I have transitioned from 117kgs to 84kgs in 1.5 yrs on account of diet control and basic resistance training. Do you think it's the right time to get into a supplementation programme now + heavy weight training. (Creatine+bcaa+whey) Height 6ft

start with large muscle like thighs, back, chest, shoulder, triceps and biceps. take rest of 15-20 seconds between two consecutive sets.

Have a preworkout supplement half an hour before your workout. Sweet potato is a must for preworkout nutrition.

Creatine doesn't help with weight loss. It will increase your ATP and cause water retention

I'm not looking for weight loss. I've already lost around 15.6 kgs. I'm just looking to get rid of that extra fat layer and gain some lean muscle mass. And I realised that when I'm low on carbs, my work out intensity is pretty low. So I thought of adding 5 grams of creatine would help increase my work out intensity and in turn help in fat loss. Will it actually help?

Sir I joined gym 3 mth ago. Every one is impressed with my workout. But I M not satisfied with my workout and reason behind it my diet. My diet is not good. I M doing marketing job and there fore my body is not getting any rest. My diet after gym like this Banana shake with protein supplement Five egg and again with banana shake. Three egg at evening that's it. Please give suggestion how I plan my diet what to eat and when.. Plz help me out sir..

Go for high calorie mass gainers but keep in mind you have a genuine product.
