Meet Samir Jaura. Celebrity Trainer extraordinaire. Having trained the likes of Hrithik Roshan for Bang Bang and Priyanka Chopra for Mary Kom, Samir specializes in Tabata, Blood type training and the Nautilus Principle. Not only that he is a certified sports nutritionist from the International Fitness Association (IFA) from USA.

Samir’s highest credential to his cap is however transforming a slender Farhan Akhtar to play the gargantuan role of Milkha Singh in the biopic film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. i am 5'5" 85 kgs and have been looking very fat main on chest , and my lower body. i want to change my looking. Please suggest workout and diet plan to achieve my goal. My Profession is involved to sit most of the time. Please suggest

I am 5' 8" 129 Kilo's and have been suffering with obesity since my early childhood. I did well in life in all aspects, studies, career etc, but failed in perhaps the most important aspect of all my health. I had contracted Primary Complex (TB) when I was 3 years old and was given anti biotics and supplements for about a year and half. At the then, the consulting doctor commented to my parents that I will grow up to be a big guy, which I happened to become with all the flab. What I need to know is where do I start and how do I progress on my goal to weigh normal one day. First thing, is it even possible to go back from 129 to perhaps 71 kilo's? Please advise.

firsty i want to tell you nothing is impossible....i suggest you to join the gym..hook up with a trainer...take proper nutrition...and do it regularly

Hi Sir, Given the intake of basic Indian foods, I am finding very hard to cut fat from my body. I currently have about 16% body fat, but I wanna burn more fat, please suggest if I should use fat burners/bcaa's (and go calorie deficit) or use meal replacements or should I increase cardio. Currently my weight is 83kgs, and 5'10'' height. I workout 6 days a week and take multi-vitamins, creatine and whey supplements. Thanks
