Meet Samir Jaura. Celebrity Trainer extraordinaire. Having trained the likes of Hrithik Roshan for Bang Bang and Priyanka Chopra for Mary Kom, Samir specializes in Tabata, Blood type training and the Nautilus Principle. Not only that he is a certified sports nutritionist from the International Fitness Association (IFA) from USA.

Samir’s highest credential to his cap is however transforming a slender Farhan Akhtar to play the gargantuan role of Milkha Singh in the biopic film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. take isolate protein...and do high reps during workout and take 10 to 15 seconds of rest

And i do cardio and running for two days. rest of the days i do regular workout chest biceps Back shoulders legs tricps..etc etc as far as my diet goes in morning i eat oats and in aftrnoon i eat 3-4 rotis wid boiled pulses or boiled vegtables and in dinner i eat same roti and pulses or vegtables + 3-4 egg whites. Hi, I am 39 & have a sedentary live style. I weigh about 130 kg with 6.1 height. What I normally eat a cup of porridge in the morning, 3 roti's and a vege in the afternoon, and same in the night. Planning to join gym. Advice me what all exercises should I follow and what should I do with the diet.
