Sir, i have been gyming for last # months, my height is 5'11, age 23 years and weight is 64 kg. I want a normal muscular built (not like the professional bodybuilders) which can add a charm in my personality. Also , i would like to know which supplement should i consume (whey or mass gainer or any other) as i do not know the use of any. Hi Samir Sir, m Nikhil Karekar From Mumbai I am Now 123 lbs and 5.10 and m preparing for the MuscleMania 2016. i am in complete my shape totally ripped. i just want some more body mass so it can added extra bulkiness to my body. which program should i follow. currently i workout 4 days in a week and full on my diet.

Hy samir i have a question regarding abs, n that is how can i keep my abs visible 365 days as I'm on a low carb diet i wanted to know what diet i should follow to keep the abs visible 365 days a year. Keeping a low carb diet is not very healthy but I'm doing it for a short period to lose all the fat and want to keep it that way and not gain fat or lose my abs, so what proportion i should i maintain in my diet with protein, fats n carbs. Thank you

since I joined a college my diet has been ruined , I m losing wait and I m losing gains , I have lost my little details from my body and I m feeling week . I haven't tried any supplement yet ,so tell me what to do and hopefully suggest some not so expensive supplement because I m broke -_-?

I know that I can do the ab routine daily, but what about the pushups/ab superset? I don't want to stunt my muscle growth by doing pushups too often. Is it okay to do pushups daily?

Do not train your abs daily, its all about over training . Do abs maximum twice in a week and do push ups as your warm up sets.

I've been training for almost 4 years now. Initially I was obese. I reduced alot of fat and gained some muscle. The only thing that is hard for me is to reduce water weight, especially near pectorial and abdominal region, I tend to hold lot of water under the skin. It did reduce just a little bit, but I'm not impressed by the reduction rate so far. I work hard, I usually use High Volume - High Intensity Training Style, trying to maximize hypertrophy. Got some good results. I do consume around 120-150 gms Protein (Whey shakes, Chicken, Eggs, Fish (sometimes)), Fats, Carbs ( I cycle carbs). I do use some supplements like Whey Protein, BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate (just started using) post workout - 5gms, Multi-Vitamin, some pre-workout.

When i started working out i was really very thin, so i gained mass and yes i became bulky and got a good size. It's been 4 years frm now since i started working out and now for the last six months I'm trying to get a lean physique with abs and maintain my size. I lost 10-12 kgs and got abs too however I've lost a lot of muscles. Now I'm trying to gain lean muscles so that my abs remain intact and i can gain size. Any suggestions, for gaining lean mass while maintaining the abs... Any diet/exercise program that i need to follow, i really wanna get good quality size now.

Hello Sir, I'm working out from last 3 years, but I'm not getting desired result.I had also used lots of suppliment (whey protein,mass gainer,SSN Anabolic,Celltech,Createin,Glutamine,ZMA,fish oil,flaxeed oil.. and eating a lot ) though still I'm not gaining weight. But from a last 1 and half month I started gaining weight approx 1 pound each week..and currently I 'm using Muscle Blaze Whey Protein AND Dymatize Super Mass gainer and 6 meals a day(currently i'm also following workout programm HOW TO GO FROM BONE TO BUFF fronm bodybuilding.com)...But the serious thing is that,,My Stomach size is increasing very fast. So my question is How to Control belly..i had also lost my six abs...How can i get it back..And Sir please aslo Guied me For the Best. i m nilesh 33 yr male,recently i have joined gym , as my weight is 78 kg for 5 f.2 inch, they strictly adviced not to do crunches as it will cause damage to my vertebrae, they suggested me heavy workouts instead, i lost my weight up to 3.5 kg in 2-3 months but not tummy fat, then what to do? Hi Sir, For a common man what are the best daily foods to eat that can keep himself fit, not all can afford to have a 5meal diet plan as told by many nutritioners, can normal Indian breakfast and foods be made in some way so that it does not get too fatty or can be made into a good nutritious food ? .. THings like idli dosas .. or parathas ? oil used etc ? Rice when to eat ? Would be great ful if you can advice on that

I use heavy gainer i imcrse mah size bt nt musclur so i choose cut up nw i lookng lke beginner due to decrease of size of body. my stomch md side tyre muscles becme ltle bt faty wht cn i do i use protein suplmnts eggs fruits nd naturl carbs ...so stll no muscle formation only fat presnt nd my arms become weak .....bt stll i cnt give up. ......my frnds laugh at me .....bt stll menz charater nt judge by his winning ..only its judge by whn he down or loose nd stnd frnt of black wall. do plz give solid solution. Fr gain muscles bcz i wnna gve slap on mah frnzz

Hi samar.. 1st of all dnt use mass gainer dey r full of crabs and v.less protien..instead go ahead and buy whey protien or better a blend of whey isolate..casein ..dis would help u in d long term on gaining muscle mass..as whey is digest pretty quickly..post wrkout it will help stop catabolism i.e muscle breakdown..where as casein is digested rather slowly dan whey which will provide a steady supply of protien for its synthesis in the muscle tissue! And yes buy amino acid tabs and bcaa powder..take amino tabs as per the label suggests on the box as diff. Brands have diff. Composition... And take bcaa powder sipping throughout ur work. Regarding fat loss..trust me when i say dis..ke weight training is ur best bet...include 2 most imp exercise squats and deadlift doing dem alternatively each day...i lost more dan 50 kgs in arnd 10 months...and in dis period nvr did any cardio..'i hate cardio frm my gut'...yes i did shit load of deadlift and squats alternatively... But always remember des 2 exercises gives d best results but it can also rain havoc on ur joints if nt done in a proper posture! And yes include a fat burner which ever wrks for u d best..try diff. Diff.! BESTIES
