Bcaa queries

Hi there  Have a question about BCAA, as there are 2 types of BCAA all day and intra-workout (between your workout) i am interested in the intra-workout. It recommends 1 scoop of a BCAA supplement that is in the ratio of 2:1:1 ie half of the supplement will be Leucine and 25% each would be Valine and Iso-leucine. Now what i wanted to check how we can take the quantity as recommended, does the product have the instructions with all the 3 varients. Thanks Kapil

Take 1 to 2 scoops and mix with around 300-500 ml of water depending on your taste, or basically how sweet you want it. A 2:1:1 ratio will be perfect for intraworkout use.
