For ripped body you need to follow the below mentioned Workout:

Monday-legs+calves 

Tuesday-shoulder+abs 

Wedn-chest+bisceps 

Thur-back+triceps

 Fri-legs+calves 

Sat-crossfit

 sunday -rest

 Note-: Do HIIT workout after weight training.
