Best exercise for triceps

Which exercise are must for well definated triceps .

Hi Ajay,

I Think you have to follow a proper workout plan if you do just two ot three exercise then you are not able to get proper shape, your workout should be like this with heavy weight and around 10-12 reps.:

Day 1 : Chest

Day2: Arms (Biceps & Triceps)

Day 3: Shoulder

Day4: Rest

Day5: Back 

Day 6: Legs (Don't skip leg days)

Day 7: Rest

Also, for better suggestion in supplement you have to give full data like height , age & weight.

I am 5'4" and weight is 68-70KG [normally 65] , I would like to know about protein supplement that I should use For faster growth .

Ajay,

Use any mass gainer. I would personally recommend MuscleBlaze or BSN True Mass. To get wide you must focus on your lats and not bench press. Do plenty of wide grip pullups and bent over rows.

For wider Uper body, focus on chest , back and shoulder. These exercise include in your schedule. On back days....... Wide grip pull ups 3 set Cable row Deadlifts On chest day. Wide grip incline bench press Incline / plane DB fly On shoulders.... Front shoulders press wide grip Lateral rises Take any lean mass gainner for wider structure. MuscleBlaze is good one.
