Best indian foods to take to promote fatloss with muscle building

Hello Sir, I am Mohamed, My height is 5.8, wt:77kg, fat %: 24. Non Vegetarian I workout 6 times a week. My goal fatloss with muscle building. I take 6 meals. Morning oats with eggs, Lunch: 3 phulkas and dal, Pre workout: 2 idlis, sambar, Post workout: One scoop of protein followed by 2 idlis, Other times mostly 2 slice of white bread. Can you please let me know, what are the best indian foods which i can take or replace with to promote fat loss along with muslce building (without losing weight, as i think current weight is ok) Thanks.
