Best time for taking whey isolate protien

Hi there, After a heavy weight lifting workout session should i consume whey isolate protien immediately and then wait for 45 min and then do cardio Or After workout having a rest of 45 min and after that doing cardio and then consume whey isolate protien Which option will help me lose weight and gain muscle and fetch maxmimum output of my protien supplement

Hi Kamlesh,

During workout take BCAA, take a soop of Whey Isolate Protein after Workout (Weight training & Cardio). Why do you wait for 45min just have a little rest then you can start cardio. Another Scoop of Whey Isolate u can have in the other time (morning/evening) as per your workout schedule.
