Workout for bIceps

Ez bar curls 3set 8-12 reps
Preacher bar curls 3sets 8-12 reps
One arm dumbell preacher curls 3sets 8-12 reps
Dumbell hammer curls 3 sets 8-12 reps
For Triceps
 Lying triceps extension 3sets 10-15 reps 
Cable press down 3sets 10-15 reps
Dumbell kick back 3sets 10-15 reps
Do follow a proper diet as well along with the workout.
